GFI: This Year’s Trends

The Good Food institute has looked at what we are expected to focus on in 2023. Food prices, waste, seafood and mushrooms, are some examples. They also pay attention to food researcher Karolina Östling's work in developing new raw materials.

The Good Food Institute is a think tank that promotes alternative proteins as a solution to achieving the world's climate, health, food and biodiversity goals. The organization is funded through philanthropy and has built a fantastic library of knowledge that is accessible to all.
